Major upgrade incorporating the following features:

- Compiled using version 11 of the Java Development Kit.
  The program *REQUIRES* JRE version 11 or higher to run.
- Addition of Intermagnet CDF 1-second data as an allowed
  input format (alongside IAGA-2002).
- Fixing of bugs relating to incorrect display when
  data is missing.
- Temporary removal of the Autoplot plotting system
  (due to problems communicating with Autoplot under
  Java 11). Autoplot functionality will be restored
  in a future release.
